HR Business Partner
About the role
As HRBP, you will be the HR point of contact for 3 business units: Sales, Marketing and Aftersales. You will run the HR cycles (recruiting, performance, mobility, training) in close partnership with their managers.
Responsibilities
HR cycle
- Drive recruiting alongside hiring managers
- Run performance and mobility reviews
- Build training and succession plans
- Advise managers on employee-relations topics
Who we are looking for
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, employment law or business
Experience
- 6 years as an HRBP or HR generalist
- Industrial or automotive environment experience preferred
