Production Supervisor
About the role
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for an assembly line at our San Antonio plant. You will lead a team of 30–40 operators and technicians, delivering the daily production plan on safety, quality, cost and schedule.
You will apply and champion the ACME Production System (APS) — Kaizen, built-in quality and Just-In-Time — every single day.
Responsibilities
Line management
- Run the daily briefing and visual-management routines
- Track SQCD indicators (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Ensure adherence to standards and procedures
- Manage team skills and cross-training
Continuous improvement
- Identify waste and launch Kaizen workshops
- Lead A3 analyses and structured problem solving
- Train teams in APS tools
Who we are looking for
Education
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics or manufacturing, or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 3 years supervising a production-line team
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- Command of APS / Lean Manufacturing tools
