About the role

Our Denver showroom (12 sales advisors, 1 aftersales director, 2 administrative staff) is looking for its Manager. You will own the sales targets, customer satisfaction and the day-to-day leadership of the team.

Responsibilities

Commercial leadership

  • Deliver new- and pre-owned-vehicle sales targets
  • Drive the sales pipeline and management routines
  • Own the customer experience (NPS)
  • Manage the showroom's P&L

Who we are looking for

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years leading a sales team
  • Automotive experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
